Adult Volleyball Lessons

Adult Volleyball Lessons are for beginners and intermediate players.
We will teach you the proper techniques and skills of volleyball so you can join an adult league or enhance your experience if you are already in a league.

We will cover all the basic skills including passing, volleying, serving, hitting, blocking and defense. Our coaches are NCCP volleyball certified and have received extensive training at our club.

Pay-as-you-go: All Adult Lessons have a pay-as-you-go option which allows you to just show up without registering online. Cash must be paid at the start of each class. It is $20 for 1 hour lessons, $25 for 1.5 hour lessons, and $30 for 2 hour lessons.

Day Time Adult Lessons / Drop Ins on Wednesdays, 11am to 2pm: Beginning September 20, participants can drop in to practice their volleyball skills between 11 am to 2 pm. Optional lessons between 11:30 to 1 pm are included in the price. Participants may choose to bring their own trainer or coach if they’d like.
