Gettn' Better (Spring 2023)

Gettn’ Better is a volleyball training program for intermediate level players (players who have not played on a school team before) who understand that the path to volleyball greatness requires tens of thousands of quality ‘touches’*. Through Gettn’ Better, players will practice hundreds of meaningful contacts with constant feedback from our rep coaches. No attention to detail will be spared.

Volleyball is a great sport that teaches young athletes the fundamentals of teamwork, leadership, and skill building. Our programs will help enhance physical literacy and provide your child with the skills and confidence to enjoy volleyball for life.

  Gettn’ Better will provide players with 500 quality ‘touches’ in 60 minutes of purposeful practice each week. With the focus on individual contacts and skills, players will get three times more quality ‘touches’ each session, compared to a regular volleyball practice.
  By the end of this program, players can expect to have much better ball control and added finesse to their game.This weekly volleyball training program is divided into two age groups: Grades 7-8 and Grades 9-12. Each participant will receive an official Pakmen Volleyball T-shirt.
