Spikes Learn-to-Play (Spring 2019)

Spikes is a one hour learn to play volleyball program for boys and girls in grade 1 to 6. Spikes is focused on providing a supportive, non-competitive environment, where learning volleyball skills is a whole lot of fun! This program is the best choice for children looking to try a new sport or getting a head start in volleyball so they can make a school team in the future. No previous experience is required!

The program is between eight to ten weeks long and everyone plays equally.

The Spikes programs are taught by Pakmen coaches. Our coaches know how to teach the basics while making sure participants have a great time! Spikes sessions are high energy with lots of activity and moving around! Participants will learn the basics of volleyball and develop the right habits to excel in the sport.

Every participant will receive a Spikes t-shirt and a medal/ prize at the last class.

Please note that if you are in Grades 3 and 4 and have been a part of Spikes for multiple sessions, earning your Silver Certificate Medal, you qualify to be in the Grade 3/4 Development League.
