Lessons for Beginners

Technique Tutoring provides lessons in small groups for beginners. It is recommended for youth who are too old to join Spikes and/or players who thrive when learning in small groups.

Volleyball is a great non contact team sport that encourages kids to make friends, develop skills, problem solve and enhance their physical literacy. Our programs will give your child the skills and confidence to enjoy volleyball for life.

Players will move to the Development League after one or two 8-week sessions of Technique Tutoring

Technique Tutoring features low player to coach ratios (maximum six players in a class). Players will perform many repetitions and will be given constant feedback by coaches.

Technique tutoring is for boys and girls from Grades 6-12 who are beginners.

Every participant will receive a Pakmen T-shirt and a volleyball to take home and practice with.

Fast Track Your Success = Train Twice a Week

Playing volleyball more than once a week will ensure players improve much faster. If you register for more than one program per season, you will receive 10% off the additional class(es).

Recommended Program

For a second program, we recommend that players enroll in Technique Tutoring 2 times a week.
