Gettn' Better

Gettn’ Better is a volleyball training PROGRAM for serious middle school and high school who understand the path to volleyball greatness requires tens of thousands of quality ‘touches’*. Through Gettn’ Better, players will practice hundreds of meaningful contacts with constant feedback from our rep coaches. No attention to detail will be spared. Gettn’ Better will provide players with 500 quality ‘touches’ in 90 minutes of purposeful practice each week. With the focus being on individual contacts and skills, players will get three times more quality ‘touches’ each session, compared to a regular school or rep team practice.

By the end of this program, players can expect to have much better ball control and added finesse to there game.

This weekly volleyball training program is divided into two age groups: grades 7 to 8 and grades 9 to 12. Each participant will receive an official Pakmen Volleyball T-shirt.

*Touches – Every time a player makes contact with the ball.
