GTA Premier League on the Beach

GTA Premier League on the Beach is a high-performance volleyball training program for girls in grades 7 to 8 (born 2001 and 2002) and 9 to 12 (born 1995 – 2000). It is recommended that players are heavily experienced in the sport and have excelled i.e. Starters on their school team. Each two hour weekly session includes passing, serving, hitting, and a focus on defense skills. The remainder of each session will consist of game play. This includes two-on-two games and 4-on-4 team play.
Each player will receive an official GTA Premier League t-shirt at the beginning of the program.
