GTA Premier League

The GTA Premier League is a high-performance volleyball training program for girls in grades 7-8, 9-10 and 11-12. It is recommended that players are heavily experienced in the sport and have excelled i.e. Starters on their school team. Each two hour weekly session includes passing, serving, hitting, and a focus on defense skills. The remainder of each session will consist of game play. This includes two-on-two games and 6-on-6 team play.

Each participant will be placed on a team and assigned a rep level coach. League play will continue throughout the 28 week program, which two sets of playoffs and championship throughout the program. Official Pakmen Gold, Silver, and Bronze medals will be awarded to the top 3 teams and prizes will be given to the remaining teams.

Each player will receive an official GTA Premier League t-shirt at the beginning of the program, and two team jerseys (depending on which team the player is chosen to be on).

In order to ensure a high quality program, players must currently be starters on their school team or starters on last year’s school team. Other players may attend a tryout in September.
