At Pakmen Volleyball Club, our mission is to create a supportive, welcoming, and inclusive environment where both athletes and coaches can thrive. We are committed to helping everyone achieve their volleyball goals while fostering personal growth, leadership skills, and a lifelong love for the sport.
We are always on the lookout for passionate and dedicated individuals to join our coaching team. Opportunities are available for both head coaches and assistant coaches across our competitive rep teams, with occasional openings in our house league and development programs.
As a coach with our rep (competitive) teams, you’ll become part of a strong, collaborative coaching community. You will work alongside and receive guidance from an experienced group of coaches who bring a wealth of knowledge from various levels of the sport — including OVA rep, university (CIS), and even international experience.
This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your coaching skills, learn from seasoned mentors, and contribute to a high-performance environment where athletes are challenged to reach their full potential on and off the court.
As a house league or development program coach, you will have the chance to work with youth and/or adult participants in a more recreational setting. These programs focus on building foundational skills, confidence, and enjoyment of volleyball in a fun, supportive atmosphere.
You’ll be fully supported by our experienced coaching staff, making this an excellent role for those new to coaching or looking to give back to the volleyball community while developing their own coaching abilities.
