Below you will find an overview of all the programs we offer youth, in grades 7 to 12.
Players with no experience other than gym class at school begin in Technique Tutoring which is volleyball lessons in small groups.
After one season of Technique Tutoring most players move to Development League where they should expect to remain for 3 full seasons. After 3 full seasons, they move to Champions League.
The High School Volleyball League is for players in Champions League who want more game play and less instruction than Champions League provides.
Boys who have played on their school teams can begin in Pakmen Plus or School Team Athlete Training which are the highest level programs in our club, aside for rep teams.
Girls who have played on their school team can begin in GTA Premier League or School Team Athlete Training which are the highest level programs in our club, aside from rep teams.
This program provides lessons in small groups (maximum 6 per class) for beginners in grades 6 to 12. It is recommended for beginners who are too old to join Spikes and/or players who thrive in learning in a small group.
This program is for players who have gone through Spikes or Technique Tutoring or who have experience in addition to volleyball in gym class at school. This program teaches the fundamentals of volleyball through a mix of instruction, drills and game play each class. Players should expect to be in this program for three full seasons. After 3 full seasons, they may move to 5/6 Champions League.
This program is for players who have gone 3 full seasons through the Development League or have played on their school team. Champions League has the same format and curriculum as the Development League (e.g., teaches the fundamentals of volleyball through a mix of instruction, drills and game play each class) but within a group of more experienced participants.
This program is for Champions League players in grade 7/8 who want to play more games and spend less time on skills and drills. 20% of the time is spent on warm up and skill development while the remaining 80% of the time is dedicated to organized game play.
This program is for Champions League players in grade 9-12 who want to play more games and spend less time on skills and drills. 20% of the time is spent on warm up and skill development while the remaining 80% of the time is dedicated to organized game play.
Pakmen Plus is an advanced volleyball league for boys in Grades 7-8 and 9-12 who are members of their school team or who already have very good volleyball skills. Participants will get the chance to train and compete with peers with similar interests.
Pakmen Plus and School Team Athlete Training program are the highest level programs in our club, outside of rep teams.
The GTA Premier League is an advanced volleyball league for girls who are members of their school team or who already have very good volleyball skills. Participants will get the chance to train and compete with peers with similar interests.

School Team Athlete Training Program (STAT) is an advanced training program for athletes who already play on school teams. The focus is on individual skill development, not game play. 80% of the time is spent warm up and skill development while the remaining 20% of the time may be dedicated to organized game play.
Gettn’ Better @ Serving is a skill development program for players in grades 6 to 12 who want to work exclusively on the mechanics of serving. Players will learn the overhand float serve and depending on their age and experience, the jump float and jump spin serve.
Gettn’ Better @ Spiking is a skill development program for players in grades 6 to 12 who want to work exclusively on the mechanics of spiking.
Pakmen offers 3-hour and full day tournament for players in grades 4 to 12 who already have some volleyball experience.
Parents enter their child as an individual and our coaches will make even teams before the tournament begins.
We offer different tournaments based on age and skill level Everyone receives equal playing time. Players can expect pool play, playoffs and a championship. Medals will be awarded 1st through 3rd and prizes given to everyone else.
The PD Day Middle & High School Tournaments are full day, indoor volleyball tournaments for boys and girls in grades 6-8 or 9-12.
Players register as an individual and our coaches will make equal teams with everyone receiving equal playing time.
This full day tournament includes pool play, playoffs and finals. Medals are awarded for teams placing 1st to 3rd and prizes are given to everyone else.
Summer Volleyball Camp is for boys and girls in grades 3 to 9. Players of all skill levels are welcome at the volleyball camp.
Pakmen’s volleyball camp is designed with the aim of developing volleyball skills, promoting fitness, and most importantly, having fun playing alongside children their own age.
Our Summer camp is filled with top notch coaches who have a passion for teaching the game of volleyball.

School Team Athlete Training Camp is an Advanced Skills Based Training Camp for athletes who play on school teams and want to get better alongside athletes of similar abilities.

Pakmen offers rep teams for boys and girls in all divisions (u12 to u18). We are committed to providing a high performance environment through the rep programs which empowers young athletes to reach their athletic and personal potential by building self-confidence, discipline, knowledge of the game, competitive training, and problem solving, in a safe and positive environment.
