The program is between 8 and 10 weeks in duration and everyone participates equally.

Each weekly session runs 1 hour in length and is headed up by Pakmen coaches who know how to teach the basics while making sessions high energy and fun! Participants will learn the fundamentals and develop the right habits to excel. Every participant will receive a Spikes T-shirt and a medal/prize at the last class.

Please note that if you are in Grades 3 and 4 and have been a part of Spikes for multiple sessions, earning your Silver Certificate Medal, you qualify to be in the Grade 3/4 Development League.
