NOTE: No scheduled session on June 4 due to the Pakmen banquet.
Refund Policy
Pakmen is a not-for-profit organization. Unlike a government organization e.g., Parks and Recreation, we have to cover all our expenses and cannot operate at a loss.
We are happy to provide high quality volleyball programs to youth at an affordable price but in order to do so, when parents register for a program, they must share the liability with the club and agree to the 4 terms of our refund policy and our weather policy.
Term 1
In the event that a participant is unable to attend a class(es), refunds, credits or makeup class(es) will not be offered.
Term 2
Withdrawals with a full refund up to one week before the start of the program or event will be charged a $25 administration fee. Withdrawals after this date, but before the start of the program or event will be charged a $50 administration fee.
Term 3
No refunds or credits will be issued after the start of the program.
Term 4
If a school board cancels a permit due to weather (or any reason beyond our control) the club will issue a credit for future use in any Pakmen program.
Weather Policy
All programs will run during the winter regardless of weather with the exception of a school board cancelling a permit.
Pakmen Courts will remain open even when it snows and we cannot offer refunds or credits during these days.
