  Gettn’ Better will provide players with 500 quality ‘touches’ in 90 minutes of purposeful practice each week. With the focus on individual contacts and skills, players will get three times more quality ‘touches’ each session, compared to a regular volleyball practice.
  By the end of this program, players can expect to have much better ball control and added finesse to their game.

  This weekly volleyball training program is divided into two age groups: Grades 7-8 and Grades 9-12. Each participant will receive an official Pakmen Volleyball T-shirt.

  *Touches – Every time a player makes contact with the ball.
