Spikes Learn-to-Play
Spikes is a learn-to-play program for boys and girls in grades 1-6. The program is suited for children eager to try a new sport in a supportive, non-competitive environment.
Volleyball is a great non contact team sport that encourages kids to make friends, develop skills, problem solve and enhance their physical literacy. Our programs will give your child the skills and confidence to enjoy volleyball for life.

This weekly program runs 1 hour in length and normally runs for 9 weeks. It is headed up by our NCCP volleyball certified coaches who know how to teach the basics in a positive and supportive environment with a focus on fun! Participants will learn the fundamentals and develop the right habits to excel. Every participant in a 8 week program will receive a Spikes T-shirt and a medal/prize at the last class.
Fast Track Your Success = Train Twice a Week
Playing volleyball more than once a week will ensure players improve much faster. If you register for more than one program per season, you will receive 10% off the additional class(es).
Recommended Program
For a second program, we recommend that players enroll in Spikes Learn-to-Play 2 times a week.
