Beach Courts at Thomas Street named in honour of Trillium

We are happy to announce that Pakmen will have another beach volleyball court facility available for our programs starting this summer. Adding to the Ravi Sodhi Beach Courts at David Leeder Middle School, the new beach courts at Thomas Street Middle School will host a number of our summer programs, including the Summer Volleyball Camp, Spikes on the Beach, Technique Tutoring on the Beach, Champions League on the Beach, Pakmen Plus on the Beach, and the Elite Beach Training program. The courts would not have been possible without the Ontario Trillium Foundation. In order to recognize their financial contribution, we have dedicated our new beach courts at Thomas Street to the Foundation by naming it the “Trillium Beach Courts”. We are confident that countless local children and teenagers will benefit by participating in our new youth beach volleyball programs. Construction will begin in the next few weeks to be ready for the start of the summer 2013 season.
