Ms Pakmen 15U wins 17U Gold
On January 17 Ms Pakmen 15U team travelled to Oakville to play in the 17U OVA McGregor Cup. Although ranked #8 they managed to win their pool without losing a set defeating #2 Oakville Thunder Blue and #5 Galaxy Vortex. In the playoff quarter final they beat #7 Etobicoke Titans Blue 2-0 and then in the semi #3 Oakville Thunder White 2-0. The final was a more difficult task facing #1 Galaxy Black. Things started slow as the team lost the first set however they rallied in what was a true team effort winning the second and the third sets. They will now be moved up to 17U championship for the next tournament congratulations to the team; Angy, Nicole, Rachel, Madeline, Chelsea, Brianna, Alex, Tea, Tamara.
