Sharone Vernon-Evans Leads Canada in Scoring

Pakmen Alumni and Hall of Famer Sharone Vernon-Evans was on full display this weekend at the Volleyball Nations League in Ottawa. Canada finished with a 2-1 record with wins over Australia and Germany and a loss against Serbia. Sharone led the way in all 3 matches in total points scored. Below are his total points scored against each team.

20pts vs. Australia (W 3-0)
25pts vs. Germany (W 3-2)
24pts vs. Serbia (L 2-3)

Sharone finished his 18U year with Pakmen in 2016 and then started playing for the National A team in 2017. Sharone finished 2 successful professional seasons with Onico Warszawa in Poland’s PlusLiga. in 2018 he was inducted in the Pakmen Hall of Fame for exceptional volleyball achievement as well as his continual support of the club.
