Through the last few years, Kristine Verbeek, owner of K Design Studio, has “been honoured” to assist Pakmen Volleyball to brand-boost its ever-growing club. This has included trendy prize and membership t-shirts, program logos, order forms, website revamps and much more!
Kristine is not just a Graphic Designer and Illustrator, but also a varsity volleyball player from Sheridan College with twenty five years of volleyball experience and a wide variety of sports under her very fit belt. She has achieved many accolades through her lengthy and varied athletic career, including “Athlete of the Year” for Essex County. But one of her most prized metals is “OCAA Offensive Scoring Champion” at Sheridan College as a 5’7″ middle hitter. She knows first hand that it takes hard work and dedication to fuel your potential to not only achieve your dreams, but to help others achieve theirs as well. Kristine feels that it’s an honour to give back to her number one favorite sport, and support the growth of youth in sports – as both a coach, and Creative Director. It is sports that has helped build her confidence as a youth, solidify values, believe in teamwork, relieve stress, create balance in life, and form nation-wide friendships.
Her passion for athletics and life has carried through into her career servicing over two hundred agencies, clients and licensees, and now owning her own Creative Studio. Her client history and product range is extremely diverse. On the sports and entertainment end of things, she has designed for some very exciting clients and Licenses including not only Pakmen and the Ontario Volleyball Association, but also NHL, NBA, NFL, CFL, NCAA, Warner Bros, Marvel, Nickelodeon and many more!
