Pakmen is pleased to announce that Pakmen and the PDSB has created a series of short videos to help teach/understand the basic skills of volleyball. These videos can be accessed at pakmen.com/peel or via the Peel District School Board link in the footer (bottom left corner) of the Pakmen website (pakmen.com). Videos include: Forearm Pass, Overhand Pass, Resting and Ready position Underhand Serve, Volley Passing.
