Beach Party a Success!

On Friday, December 14th, we hosted our 2nd Annual Beach Party at Beach Blast in North York. 200 players, friend and family turned out for a great evening of fun playing beach volleyball. Attendance was up 100% over our first party last year! Coaches Karim, Jessy, Victoria, Brandie, Kadeem, Daniel and Phillip were also on hand. Olympic Beach Volleyball player (London 2012) Josh Binstock was our special guest. Josh spoke to the kids about his Olympic experience and then showed his skills on the sand. He signed autographs for the last hour. “Pakmen is one big family and I am proud to be a part of it,” commented 13 year old Tyler Ritlop, who has been in the club with his sister for the past 3 years. Ahsan Ahmad, another Pakmen member commented that “there were so many courts, everyone got to play all night long … it was awesome”.
